US sizing:

• Size 6 - inside diameter 0.65 inches/16.3 mm
• Size 7 - inside diameter 0.68 inches/17.1 mm
• Size 8 - inside diameter 0.72 inches/17.9 mm

We would recommend to use a jewelry box or a velvet bag, the ring box that come along with the packaging has soft cloth inside - it would be a perfect place for you to store your jewelry.
